Jaunā Teika

Jaunā Teika is the largest Hanner project in Latvia. It is a multifunctional complex spanning almost 7 ha. Jaunā Teika is located in the VEF district, next to Riga’s main artery, Brīvības Street. It has been purposefully developed as a highly dynamic urban environment comprising business premises, apartments and office space.

In this complex the Līmenī team installed the Thermowhite floor sound/thermal insulation system (WD 100R + PE 5/300) and cement screed (Estrich) in three multi-storey residential buildings at Ropažu Street 14 with a total area of 8,000 m², and in the administrative building at Ropažu Street 8, where work is carried out in two stages, the total floor volume being 16,500 m² in stage 1 and 22,500 m² in stage 2.
