2. What data we process

When you submit a project enquiry or contact us, we process the data you provide:

  • name and company name;
  • email address and phone number;
  • project and site details (type, area, location, timeline, message);
  • technical information (IP address, used only to prevent spam).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process the data to reply to your request, prepare a quote and commercial offer, and to conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties except our service providers (e.g. website and email hosting) acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area unless necessary and protected by appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data as long as needed for correspondence and to prepare an offer, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded that requires longer retention for accounting and statutory reasons.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to martins@limeni.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).

7. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the language choice). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
